Blue cheese slices you say? I thought you could only get blue cheese in crumble or block form but no, not anymore! That’s right, thanks to Trader Joe’s they sell a new product called Blue Granite Jack Cheese slices. It’s a combination of jack and blue cheese and it is fantastic. If you love blue cheese like I do then you have to give it a shot.
We have used it on sandwiches and, for the sake of this review, we used it on a batch of turkey sliders. The cheese has the great blue cheese flavor and it melts perfectly just like you would expect from a slice of jack or cheddar cheese. If you are a cheese lover, then this is a must try.

It’s a great concept to have blue cheese in a slice! That’s Trader Joe’s for you. I had the same reaction when I saw them in the store…I had only over used blue cheese in a block or crumbled.
Those sliders with the caramelized onions look delicious.
